NorthStar was founded in 2000 by Scott and

Julie Wenstrom in Durand, IL after struggling

to find affordable, quality embroidery for

their sons hockey teams. Initially the business

was located in their basement where they 

did custom embroidery for the hockey club. In

2003 the business went from part-time to full-

time for Scott. As the list of clients continued to grow, they no longer fit in the basement shop. In 2004 they purchased a building on Main Street in Pecatonica to house their booming business which now included screen printing, signs, awards and digital graphics.Today 

NorthStar is the premier graphics company

in Northern Illinois providing logo'd apparel,

team uniforms, signs, plaques and graphics for

a variety of organizations across the country.

 

Then and now, NorthStar continues to support

local small businesses, schools and organizations. We hope you'll do the same!
